Welcome to the Philatelic Thematic Study Group AVIATION a registered club in Germany, member of the Federation of German Philatelists (BDPh) .

For this purpose we collect all postal issues and documents containig subjects, by illustrations or text, within the a.m. fields. Such issues are mainly stamps, but also include postal stationary, covers, postcards, company meter marks, first day editions and special postmarks on the occasion of exhibitions, anniversaries or other events.
The study group offers a platform for a personal exchange of information, gives advice to members on how to build up collections and how to arrange stamps and other philatelic items on sheets for competition exhibitions.
A quarterly » newsletter informs about aviation subjects and activities of the members, and reports an latest issues and many other subjects.We also cultivate cooperation with other thematic study groups such as SPACE TRAVEL, ASTRONOMY etc. and keep in touch with foreign partners.
